The paper presents a clinical case of hepatocellular carcinoma complicated by rupture. underlying disease was asymptomatic prior to the development complications. Despite blood loss about 30-35% circulating volume, hemorrhagic shock dominated picture acute condition. Neoplasm left hepatic lobe with necrosis and rupture diagnosed means videolaparoscopy. Final hemostasis impossible without liver resection. tumor excised within healthy tissues (R0). authors performed literature review analysis. value is determined its rare complication.
